Our family-run Haus Rosenbichl with 2 vacation apartments is situated in a very quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest in an easily accessible valley location. A beautiful foot and bike path next to the house invites you to walk, jog, walk and bike.In the outdoor area of our house there is a nice seating area for guests at our small pond. For extensive hiking and excursion tips, personal guest information folders are ready in each case. For families, our large vacation apartment "West" is ideally suited.Our location to the tourist highlights is ideal - Königssee and Jennerbahn would even be within walking distance in reach. This mountain railroad takes you up to the wonderful view mountain Jenner with its numerous hiking possibilities. Other facilities within a 10-minute walk include: An outdoor pool, numerous restaurants, an Alpinum with Kneipp facility, brine-grading plant, children's playground, shoe store, butcher, bakery, pastry store with café, post office, bank branch, community library, various doctors, the tourist information, 2 bus stops, evang. and catholic church and even tennis courts.Our guests with E-cars have an E-charging station at the house. Das Haus Rosenbichl befindet sich in der attraktiven Urlaubsgemeinde Schönau am Königssee und zwar im Gemeindebereich Königssee und in Tallage. Unser Haus befindet sich sozusagen direkt am Eingang zum Nationalpark Berchtesgaden mit dem imposanten Watzmann und dem wunderbaren Königssee. In wenigen Geh- bzw. Fahrminuten können Sie die bekanntesten Ausflugsziele unserer 5 Talgemeinden erreichen: Königssee mit Sankt Bartholomä, Jennerbahn, Hintersee, Wimbachklamm, Salzbergwerk, Kehlstein, Berchtesgaden u.v.m. Vielen Wandertouren können Sie bereits zu Fuß vom Haus aus starten. Durch die optimierte Busverbindung (es fährt tagsüber bereits alle 30 Min. in der Nähe ein öffentlicher Bus) können Sie - wenn Sie wollen - Ihr Auto im Urlaub einfach am Haus stehen lassen. Oder Sie reisen gleich mit der Bahn und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an.

Josef Brandner ist seit vielen Jahren der Vermieter der Ferienwohnung im Haus Rosenbichl und wohnt ebenfalls mit seiner Familie mit im Haus.

Arrival Description
It is best to drive directly to Berchtesgaden main station. Follow the signs "Königssee" (not "Schönau") in the roundabout. Then drive straight ahead for about 3 km until you can turn right at a pedestrian traffic light in the direction of "Schwöb-Unterstein" (=Graf Arco Straße). Drive down the small hill and then turn right into the street "Am Tradenlehen". There please continue first straight ahead, then follow a sharp right turn, immediately after a left turn, straight ahead again until you reach the last house (No. 18) on the right side at the beginning of a footpath.
