Description
Our well-kept, family-run house is located in a very quiet, yet central location. Our apartments are furnished in country style and all have separate bedrooms, balconies and satellite TV. Crib as well as children's high chair. Washing machine and dryer available. Terrace with seating, deck chairs and barbecue can be used at any time. In a few minutes walk you can reach the town center with restaurants and shopping facilities as well as the outdoor swimming pool, Kneipp facilities and brine graduation works. The Königsseer footpath passes close to the house. It invites you for walks to the Königssee or to Berchtesgaden and is the starting point for many hikes. In winter you can reach the ski slope at Jenner in a few minutes by car. The cross-country skiing trail can be reached on foot. You are welcome to use our sauna for a fee. We provide free WLAN for our guests.

Arrival Description
A8 - Munich - Salzburg until exit Bad Reichenhall(VIGNETTENPFLICHT!). B20/B305 - until Berchtesgaden main station. At the station turn right in the direction of Königssee. Approx. 2.5 km towards Königssee, after pedestrian crossing turn right into Graf-Arco-Straße. After descent turn right "Am Tradenlehen", at the fork keep left (odd house numbers). Drive all the way through to the last house at Am Tradenlehen 35.
