NEUBAU - hier entsteht unsere neue Ferienwohnung, Erstbezug ab Mai 2026 Unsere neue luxuriös ausgestattete Ferienwohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit Boxspring-Doppelbetten und Blick ins Tal, einem Duschbad mit Sunshower-Infrarotdusche und separatem WC. Vom großzügigen Wohnraum mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche mit Kochblock gelangt man auf den Balkon mit eigenem Whirlpool und Loungebereich sowie Blick auf den Hochriesgipfel. 5 - 6 Personen auf Anfrage möglich! Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf die Fertigstellung - noch mehr allerdings, sie als unsere ersten Gäste in unserer neuen "Ferienwohnung Tenne" begrüßen zu dürfen. Die abgebildeten Fotos sind "Renderings" - die Wohnung wird genau so geplant, Änderungen können sich aber bautechnisch ergeben.

Description
On the farm situated in the small hamlet " Eiding" we offer you an overnight accommodation for up to 4 persons. Our " Weissnhof" is a child-friendly family farm with 17 dairy cows and some calves. On our farm many cats romp around and want to play and be petted. We like to spend the warm summer nights barbecuing outside or hiking to our own alpine pasture with breathtaking views and a tranquility that lets you switch off. You can also book our alp for a stay. In winter, well-prepared cross-country ski trails invite you to move.
Environment description
Der Samerberg ist eine Hochtalregion im Süden Bayerns. Wir sind Ausgangspunkt für abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen und Radtouren in die Umgebung und in die Berge. Im Winter laden Langlaufloipen zum auspowern ein. Falls Ihnen dann noch langweilig ist, liegt der Samerberg zentral zwischen Städten, Seen und anderen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die sie bequem mit dem Auto erreichen können.
About the host
Auf dem Bauernhof leben Martin, Steffi und Martin jun. zusammen mit Oma Leni. Gemeinsam bewirtschaften wir den Hof und freuen uns immer über neue Gäste.

The prices are plus 1.50EUR spa tax p.p./night. Children under 16 years do not pay spa fee. The total amount is to be paid in cash on the day of departure. Unfortunately we do not accept EC-, credit- or check cards. However, you are welcome to make a bank transfer in advance - please contact us in this case. If you have to cancel your vacation, we kindly ask you to send us a written cancellation, taking into account the following cancellation fees: up to 3 days before arrival date and in case of early departure 100%, 4-14 days before arrival date 75%, from 15 days before arrival date 50% of the rental costs. Thank you for your understanding.

A 8 coming from Munich,freeway exit Achenmühle, in the center of the village turn towards Samerberg, continue towards Törwang and already before Törwang halfway you will see our small village Eiding on the right side.
