Description
We are a farm with active agriculture, beautifully located in Grainbach, central yet quiet in a side street. Carpool to the alpine pasture, restaurants, hiking trails, new natural swimming pool, Hochries mountain railroad within walking distance. Home-made products and bread service. Playground equipment for children available. With us you can relax. Sledding mountains and cross-country ski trail can be reached from our farm. Ski resorts are in a radius of 15-30 km in great variety. There is also a ski school in the village. Above all, you can hike and enjoy the beautiful winter landscape in peace.
Environment description
Der Samerberg ist ein Hochtal, weg vom Trubel und immer noch ruhig, jedoch sehr zentral gelegen. Nicht umsonst wird es als Wanderparadies bezeichnet. Für jeden Geschmack und Kondition ist etwas dabei, vor allem für Kinder, auch mit Kinderwagen sind einige Almen erreichbar. Der Chiemsee ist in 15 min und weitere Badeseen erreichbar, genauso wie Rosenheim. Ein Ausflug nach München oder Salzburg? In einer Stunde sind Sie am Ziel.
