Description
The guesthouse is a friendly non-smoking house in a peaceful and sunny location.
In Winter, the cross country ski course leads near our house and the skiing region Dachstein West is a comfortable few minutes away on the ski bus or by car.
In Summer our house is a great starting point for hikes, walks and mountain bike tours.
In our holiday region the whole family will find plenty of activities and attractions to keep them busy! A small taste of what we have in store can be found at www.dachstein-salzkammergut.at.

Arrival and departure- We ask you to please arrive before 6.00 pm
- to make your arrival smoother, please call us to let us know your arrival time.
Cancellation fees (% of total price for booking to be paid)
- within 3 days before arrival: 90%
- from 7 days before arrival: 70%
- from 14 days before arrival: 40%
- from 30 days before arival: 20%
- No-show: 90% of the booking price

- The town tax is not included in the room price

- We are a non-smoking house and so ask you to please smoke outside on the terrace in front of the house
- Pets are not allowed
