All rooms are comfortable and lovingly furnished to make you feel completely at home during your stay. We distinguish between the categories "Classic" in the main house and the category "Comfort" in the organic house. All rooms are under one roof. The houses are connected by a beautiful hall (lounge). The ways to the sauna, to the restaurant and to the reception are about the same distance in each case. The designation "Biohaus" stands for the use of particularly low-pollutant building materials. The rooms in this category are exclusively non-smoking. The very spacious rooms are furnished in country house style. They also have shower/WC, hairdryer, sitting area, TV, radio, telephone and balcony. The size of the rooms is about 35 sqm, an additional bed is possible. On the day of arrival the booked rooms are available from 14:00 and on the day of departure until 11:00. Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Service for arriving & departing guests with Deutsche Bahn:We will pick you up and take you to the Ruhpolding train station free of charge if you let us know your arrival and departure times in time (at least 3 days before arrival). In our restaurant "MAIERS" with a great view of the Ruhpolding alpine landscape you start the day with a rich breakfast buffet. Take a look at our menu at lunchtime and let us spoil you in the evening.Our kitchen team under the direction of chef Christian Dietlinger uses only products from the region, which are always purchased and prepared fresh for you. All suppliers are carefully selected by us - and most of them we even know personally.In the time from 18.00 clock to 20:30 clock, we spoil you every evening with a freshly prepared 4-course menu, consisting of appetizer, soup, three main courses to choose from (meat, fish, vegetarian) and something sweet at the end.Our service staff will be happy to take care of your well-being and are happy to offer you from entering to leaving an all-round successful service. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Freeway A 8 Munich-Salzburg. Freeway exit Ruhpolding/Traunstein. Approx. 8 km to Ruhpolding. After entering the town, take the first road on the right (Maiergschwendter Straße). Approx. 1.2 km straight ahead. On the left side you will see the Landhotel Maiergschwendt.
