Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit handgefertigten Zirbenholz-Doppelbetten ausgestattet und sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf. Herzstück der Wohnung ist die offene Schreinerküche, ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Spülmaschine und hochwertigen Geräten – perfekt für gemeinsame Kochabende.

Das Premium-Badezimmer begeistert mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche und einer komfortablen Badewanne, ergänzt durch ein separates WC.

Welcome to our farm! A cozy apartment with covered balcony, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, small kitchen, spacious bathroom. You are welcome to use the bread service. Our family-run organic farm is located in Ruhpolding in an unspoiled location with a panoramic view of the mountains. AROUND THE FARM You can relax with us in the countryside by the quiet and unspoiled location. Who wants to be more active, there is a sports climbing garden and archery parcous in the immediate vicinity. Or how about a match on the in-house tennis court? In winter, there are numerous cross-country ski trails directly at the house. Our ski lift for children and beginners can be used free of charge by our guests.

For winter sports enthusiasts there is a ski lift as well as cross-country ski trails directly at the house.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein.     Der Maiergschwendter Hof ist seit Jahrzehnten ein familiengeführter Betrieb. Im Jahr 2023 übernahm Max Fraunhofer als neue Generation den Betrieb und sorgt gemeinsam mit der ganzen Familie dafür, dass sich alle Urlauber:innen wohlfühlen.
