The flat is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained building comprising a total of eight holiday flats and offers around 70 m² of living space for up to six people.
In November 2026, the living and dining area, the kitchen, the hallway and the bedrooms were extensively modernised and redesigned with great attention to detail.
The centrepiece of the flat is the spacious living and dining area with a comfortable corner sofa that converts into a bed. The open-plan kitchen-diner is fully equipped and features, amongst other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining table for up to six people.
The master bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe, and has direct access to the terrace. In the second bedroom, you’ll find another comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm) as well as ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe.
The bathroom features a bath with a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.
A particular highlight is the spacious, private terrace facing west. Comfortable garden furniture and a parasol invite you to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, breathe in the fresh mountain air and wind down your day in a relaxed manner.
Thanks to a smart TV with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube (own accounts required), free Wi-Fi and modern facilities, the holiday flat offers every comfort for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
