The indoor wave pool "Vita Alpina", for example, as well as a sunny playground and various restaurants are within easy walking distance (approx. 5-10 minutes). Many walking and cycling paths also start right outside the front door. As our guest you receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge. Es gibt großes Zimmer als Ess-/Schlafzimmer incl. Küche, eine kleine Garderobe/Abstellmöglichkeit und ein voll ausgestattes Bad (es gibt kein separates Schlafzimmer -siehe Skizze/Bilder).

Zum Schlafen dient ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm) sowie die hochwertige Wohnzimmercouch (ausziehbar auf 160x200 cm Liegefläche)

Durch die 3 großen Dachfenster sowie die Balkontüre zur Südseite ist diese Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich.

Verdunklungsrollos lassen im Sommer die Hitze draußen.

We currently offer you a 2-room holiday flat on the 1st floor and a 1-room flat in the attic. Both flats are newly renovated and have a wonderful view with a south-facing balcony (mountain view).

The flats are in a small apartment building (also occupied by us), which is quiet yet centrally located to the village centre. 

The indoor wave pool ‘Vita Alpina’, a sunny playground and various restaurants are within easy walking distance (approx. 5-10 minutes). 

Walks, hikes and cycling or cross-country skiing tours can be started right outside the front door.

Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

Arrival Description

Autobahn A8 München - Salzburg, Ausfahrt Traunstein/Siegsdorf, Richtung Ruhpolding

Ruhig und dennoch zentral zum Ortskern gelegen.

Einfach der Beschilderung "Rathaus" folgen, das Rathaus links liegen lassen und die Brandstätterstraße ortsauswärts bis fast zum Ende fahren.

Das kleine Mehrfamilienhaus mit Nummer 58 liegt nach ca. 700 m auf der rechten Seite.

Der Bahnhof Ruhpolding liegt ca. 1 km von uns entfernt und ist in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön modern, aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Sie liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, sodass man zu Fuß schnell im Ort ist, aber auch von dort aus auch direkt eine Wanderung ins Grüne starten kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der tolle Bergblick vom Balkon aus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit war hervorragend, sowie auch die Ausstattung der Unterkunft und der tolle Blick in die schöne Natur. Wie bekamen viele Tipps für Unternehmen (stets dem Wetter angepasst) Wir haben noch nicht alles erkundet und kommen sicher wieder.

Durchweg nur positive Eindrücke, fing an mit der herzlichen Begrüßung über die mega eingerichtete Fewo. Der Ausblick in allen Himmelsrichtungen ist nur phänomenal. Wir hatten uns einfach nur heimisch gefühlt.
