The modern kitchen with cooking block and extensive kitchen equipment as well as the bathroom with spacious rain shower leave nothing to be desired. On the fantastically beautiful covered south-west balcony (approx. 20sqm) with a view of the Rauschberg, a comfortable seating area and sun loungers invite you to enjoy. The apartment has free WLAN, decentralized living room ventilation and underfloor heating. We are happy to provide a crib and a high chair on request.

Arrive and feel good! Newly designed vacation apartment - 89 sqm for 1-4 people with two bedrooms in a quiet, sunny location, about 20 minutes walk from the village center. In the immediate vicinity are a bus stop, the Adventure Golf Park, the 18-hole golf course and the cross-country ski trail. The connection to the hiking and biking trail network can be reached in a few minutes. You will find your car parking space directly at the house.

Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card
 On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

We handle the billing by arrangement by bank transfer or in cash upon your arrival.

Approach via freeway Munich-Salzburg (A8) to the exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf, then 7 km further to Ruhpolding. At the traffic light direction Zell/St. Valentin.Public transport: Munich main station, then connection Salzburg to Traunstein station, there change to track 1a to the regional train to Ruhpolding.
