Especially for allergy sufferers is the wooden floor, which was laid in the rooms. For late risers we offer our late riser breakfast as well as room service. Environment description

The direct access to the Unternberg ski slope with its lifts, only about 10 km to the Chiemgau Arena and about 25 km to the Winklmoosalm skiing area makes the Unternberg Hof a perfect starting point for winter sports enthusiasts. But the Unternberg Hof is also centrally located and yet quiet. It is less than 14 km to the Ruhpolding 3-lake area, which is one of the warmest bathing lakes in the Alps, to the Ruhpolding leisure and adventure park it is just under 4 km and to the beautiful Chiemsee shore it is only about 25 km.

terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Our guests coming from Munich and Salzburg can reach our hotel in Chiemgau via the A8 (Traunstein-Siegsdorf exit). Arrival from Munich or Salzburg: Via the A8 freeway from Munich in the direction of Salzburg past Lake Chiemsee or via the A8 freeway from Salzburg in the direction of Munich to the Traunstein-Siegsdorf exit. From there continue to Ruhpolding (approx. 12 km) at the entrance to Ruhpolding pass under the underpass and at the traffic circle take the 2nd exit in the direction of Berchtesgaden/ Reit im Winkl until you reach the crossroads and from there turn right in the direction of Brand/ Unternberg and continue to follow the signs for Unternberg Hof. Our hotel is located directly below the Unternberg chairlift. Alternatively, at the entrance to Ruhpolding after the Chiemgau Coaster, turn right towards Brand. Follow the road until you reach a crossroads. There turn left in the direction of Unternbergbahn until you see the sign Raffner Alm, Unternberg Hof. Turn right there and follow the road to the hotel.
