The 200 sqm apartment has a large living/dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a separate shower, two separate WCs and a lockable storage room for sports equipment. With 4 bedrooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to 8 people. The living room has a sofa and TV, the spacious dining area has a large table with benches and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker and fridge-freezer. WLan, bed linen, towels are provided and many games are available for cozy family evenings. Three parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. With your stay in our house you will receive the Chiemgau Card for free. In winter, several cross-country ski trails and ski resorts are only a few minutes away by car. In summer you can reach hiking and biking trails directly from the house. On the terrace you can end the day afterwards comfortably and enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama of Ruhpolding.
