Description

Welcome to our managed farm,which is located in the immediate vicinity of the golf course.The recently renovated vacation home with a spacious south and west terrace from which you have a magnificent view of the Ruhpolding mountains and the golf course.It is an ideal location for cycling, golfing or hiking.In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house.You live on 50m² on the first floor of our home. It is a very bright, friendly and lovingly newly furnished apartment. With a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, spacious dining area, a cozy couch, satellite TV and a separate living-sleeping area, which has a 160*200m box spring bed. The seperate bedroom has a 180*200m boxspring bed. Through this bedroom is the bathroom to reach.Thus, the apartment is best suited for families.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

At the traffic light in Ruhpolding turn left towards Zell. Always follow the sign to Zell. Immediately after the A-JA Resort turn right and follow the road. The farm you see from the side is your destination.
