Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rauschberg and the surrounding mountains from the living-dining room with its large panoramic window front or from the large balcony. Watch the action on the golf course in summer, the cross-country ski trail in winter or simply relax on the comfortable couch. TV and hi-fi system are of course available. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with freezer), ceramic hob (4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, egg boiler, kettle and blender and invites you with a modern seating area for meals together or sociable game evenings. You will find peace for reading in the separate reading corner of the apartment. In 2 bedrooms with a cozy ambience and great room height, a double bed with comfortable height and high-quality mattresses promises you a restful sleep in each case. From here you can also enjoy the view of the Zellerberg, which ignites a firework of colors in autumn.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years. 

Arrival Description

You can reach us via the freeway A 8 Munich Salzburg- exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein.After entering Ruhpolding keep left and drive through the tunnel. At the traffic circle take the second exit until you reach the traffic lights. Here you turn left, past the Penny, keep right after the bridge. After approx. 500 m turn left to Zell (signposted), pass the church St. Valentin and after approx. 1 km, directly after the small bridge on the right you will reach your destination Zell 40.
