In addition to internet, TV and small music system, several books, card and board games are available for your entertainment. The bedroom is functionally furnished and the closet offers enough storage space as well as numerous hangers. The small shower bathroom was renovated in 2019 and meets today's standards. The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes and cooking utensils and offers hobby cooks all possibilities. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, multifunction oven and refrigerator with freezer complete the equipment. Of course, coffee maker, toaster, water and egg boiler are also available.

With only 2 other apartments in the house, you can ensure quiet vacation days in our comfortably furnished apartment. Spend your evenings comfortably on the sofa, which can be quickly converted into a bed if necessary, or comfortably in the armchair. The bedroom is functionally furnished and has enough storage space. The kitchen also offers you everything you need. The small shower room was renovated in 2019 and meets today's standards. You are welcome to use our sauna in the neighboring house on cold days and rest there. In addition to a car parking space, there is also a storage facility for your bicycles. For your shopping you can do without both - everything is within walking distance.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein.
