The house is located in the district Zell, at the foot of the Zellerberges. The perfect south-facing position of the house promises pure sunshine and the elevated hillside location allows a clear view with a fantastic view of the entire Ruhpolding mountain panorama.Directly in front of our house is the newly expanded 18-hole golf course, on which in winter prepared cross-country ski trails (classic and skating) invite you to sporteln!Biking and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Various alpine huts invite you to stay and are accessible to everyone. The Ruhpolding lake area offers with 3 bathing lakes, embedded in the Ruhpolding mountain panorama, the right ambience for every water lover. If the weather should not play along once can be enjoyed in the "Vita Alpina" covered bathing and sauna pleasure.To the local center it is no 15 minutes to foot, purchase possibilities not even 10 minutes.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 from Munich in the direction of Salzburg. At the exit "Traunstein-Siegsdorf" drive in the direction of Ruhpolding. In the village follow the new bypass through the tunnel, leave the traffic circle at the 2nd exit until you reach the traffic light. Turn left into Zellerstraße, drive over the bridge and turn right. After approx. 300 m turn left to Zell. Then drive up the 3rd cross street on the left and at the end of this, on the right side, you will find our beautiful vacation domicile.
