The holiday flat can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child up to 10 years. The Chiemgau tickets are always included.
Our cosy holiday flat is designed as a loft with open roof trusses over 1 1/2 floors in modern Bavarian style. The feeling of space is correspondingly generous. Here you will find a large inn table with benches and chairs, 1 sofa with 2 armchairs, 1 pine cupboard, LCD-TV 55", radio etc.. & of course WLAN/Wifi is included. Upon prior notice, we are happy to provide 1 baby cot and 1 high chair free of charge. The heating is via underfloor central heating and can be regulated individually by you room by room via thermostats.
The booking of the holiday flat also includes a free initial supply of bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, aluminium foil, plastic bags, cleaning agents etc. and toilet paper. Cleaning is done before you move in according to current hygiene standards.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The 2nd smaller bedroom is an open gallery above the kitchen and is accessible via a short ladder. It is equipped with a bunk bed, both beds being 80cm wide. The lower bed, 190cm long, is a full-size bed for adults, while the upper bed, 155cm long, is only suitable for children up to 10 years. Your children will find the design ideal and feel very comfortable. It is also very cosy for a single adult.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, egg boiler, pots, pans etc. and crockery for 4-6 people). If required, it is very possible to prepare your own meals.
In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, shower and WC in functional modern equipment incl. hairdryer.
The flat has a balcony equipped with table and chairs. A spacious communal terrace (35sqm) with seating for 6 people below on the garage roof invites you to barbecue with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains all around (Weber gas barbecue). You will find barbecue utensils downstairs in the garden shed and dishes/barbecue food can be transported from the holiday flat to the terrace in a basket provided.
The flat is reserved for non-smokers, but smokers are welcome to smoke on the balcony or outside; ashtrays are provided.
Dogs are welcome in our house. We provide your dog with a dog blanket, which you are welcome to take with you. Dog bowls are also available.
Storage facilities for your bicycles, skis, prams etc. are downstairs in the hallway. A free parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the house.
