The new non-smoking apartment (75 sqm) is located on the upper floor with south-facing balcony and balcony furniture. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, the built-in furniture is made by carpenters. The living room with couch corner and dining table for more than 5 people has flat screen TV, stereo with i-Phone and i-Pod docking station, internet connection or wifi and has a wipe-clean floor, as well as the kitchen.
