Description

The holiday flat with balcony is designed for 2-6 people, has its own staircase and is generously sized at 120 sqm. It is approx. 2.5 km to the centre of the village. Our flat consists of three separate bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a separate living room with TV and telephone. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub and a double washbasin. The toilet is separate. Our terrace with garden furniture and a large lawn are at your disposal. Your car is well accommodated in the garage.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

Environment description

Our holiday flat is an ideal starting point for mountain tours and a convenient entry point for hiking and cycling trails. Ruhpolding's most beautiful natural swimming lakes are only a few minutes away by car. The sports centre with indoor wave pool, outdoor pool, ice rink and skating hall can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house. Ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8, drive through Ruhpolding or the tunnel, at the traffic circle in the direction of Reit im Winkl, at the traffic lights straight ahead into Seehauser Straße, after approx. 2 km turn right into the district of Fuchsau.
