Quiet, cozy vacation apartment, first floor, with separate entrance, for 2 to 4 people. Extra beds on request.Functionally furnished with eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms (crib available), shower and 2 WC's.Balcony with direct view to the Rauschberg, terrace with view to the Unternberg and Hochfelln. Sunbathing lawn can be used.High chair for children is available.Bed linen, towels, bath towels and dish towels are provided. Cable / satellite TV, sofa bed.Hiking trails, cross-country ski trail and bike paths directly at the house. Dogs are welcome.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8, pass the entrance to Ruhpolding. Drive either through the town center or the tunnel to the traffic circle. At the traffic circle take the exit Reit im Winkl, at the traffic lights turn left into Zellerstraße, follow the main road until you reach Grashofstraße.

Which positive impressions did you have?

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin war wirklich extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Die Abholung vom Bahnhof und die die Fahrt zum Bahnhof waren perfekt. Für Urlaube ohne sehr zu empfehlen, da die Bushaltestelle nicht weit weg ist.
