Located in a very quiet and sunny location, away from traffic. Our house gives a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Comfortably furnished apartments are at your disposal. In winter there are beautiful slopes for beginners and advanced skiers nearby. Ski resorts of Steinplatte, Winklmoosalm you can reach comfortably by car or by ski bus. We speak English, German and Chinese.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
