The apartment is characterized by the extremely quiet but central location with about 8 minutes walk to the village. In addition to the separate rooms for bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, the 65 sqm apartment has a spacious living room in rural style with lots of wood. Lawn for sunbathing and rental bikes are available. Cross-country ski trail and ski lift in the immediate vicinity. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Freeway A 8 Munich - Salzburg. Exit Siegsdorf. On the B 305 direction Ruhpolding. At the traffic lights turn right into Branderstraße. 300 m after the adventure pool "Vita alpina" turn left into the street Mühlwinkel and again immediately left. The house with the number 10 is the first house on the right (green shutters).
