Bright and friendly we have created for our guests the apartment with comfortable equipment. You have an unobstructed view of our imposing local mountains and lush meadows. Both bedrooms are generously designed and suitable for allergy sufferers. Spacious sanitary area with underfloor heating, a 2nd washbasin and an extra toilet. The spacious living/dining area is furnished with high-quality inventory and the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (beans), kettle, toaster, egg boiler) and the cozy sitting area with an extra large wing chair invites you to dream. From both bedrooms you can access the secluded south-facing balcony. Also for our little guests is provided with high chair, crib, dishes and cutlery. Dish towels and towels are available in sufficient numbers, for a longer stay we provide a 2nd set of bed linen free of charge. Ironing board and iron are available in the apartment for free.

Our country house with two newly designed holiday flats is located in the Zell district. We have created bright and friendly flats with comfortable furnishings
for our guests. You have an unobstructed view of our imposing local mountains and lush meadows. Enjoy the amenities of our generously laid out property.
Both flats are in a self-contained DHH, the hosts live in the other DHH. As soon as you have questions, wishes or suggestions, you can reach us at any time.

Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card
On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

About the host

We, the family Gastager-Rauscheder, “turned around” the aging family home in 2005. With passion and craftsmanship, we have done everything we can to ensure
that our guests feel comfortable and secure. This also applies to the spacious property, which we have also awake from its slumber. 
For us, standing still means going backwards, which is why there are always innovations in the apartments, the house or the property.

terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Freeway A 8 Munich - Salzburg. Exit Siegsdorf - direction Ruhpolding - in Ruhpolding through the tunnel - at the Rundell take the 2nd exit towards the traffic lights - at the traffic lights turn left - follow the bending priority road towards Zell - shortly after the entrance to the golf course our house is located on the right side.Please do not plan your arrival time before 15:00 h. If you plan your arrival earlier, please let us know so that we can adjust to it.
