All our guests have access to the spacious garden with pool, sun terrace, barbecue hut, trampoline and children's playground to spend or end the day. In addition, each apartment has a Swedish stove as well as a private balcony. It is located about five kilometers from the spa town of Ruhpolding in the district of Brand. Description

Take a vacation in the middle of the Brander Valley, surrounded by mountains that invite you to go hiking, biking or cross-country skiing. Away from the hustle and bustle and traffic, you can enjoy the natural tranquility. Our completely renovated house offers a total of 3 large vacation apartments. All apartments are designed for 2 - 5 persons, with 2 bedrooms, a pull-out couch in the living room, separate kitchen, telephone with own number and TV. Furthermore we offer a playground, a lawn with deck chairs and a barbecue area. 

Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card
On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8, after passing the Ruhpolding town sign, turn right into Maiergschwendter Straße, follow the road to the end, then turn right in the direction of Märchenpark, drive to the Brand district.

Saubere und schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben diese gerne genutzt. Unser Hund war ebenfalls willkommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Ferienwohnung gesucht und erst einen Tag vor Anreise gebucht. Die Buchung, Kommunikation sowie Check-in haben reibungslos funktioniert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie. Unsere Tochter fand das Trampolin, die Schaukeln und den hübschen Haus-Hund Nero toll. Schöne, große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Direkt an der Straße und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon. Für uns war vor allem die fußläufige Nähe, ca. 15 Minuten, zum Freizeitpark Ruhpolding praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen gerne wieder
