You can reach all important facilities (train station, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, indoor swimming pool "Vita Alpina" with sauna area, etc.) within a few minutes walk and start your hiking, biking or cross-country skiing tours directly from the house. In addition, you will find your own parking spaces directly at the house. You can also store bicycles or skis in a locked area. Our cozy and comfortably furnished rooms all have satellite TV, W-LAN, alarm clock and balcony. Look forward to our spacious lounge with TV and couch corner or in summer you can also enjoy our sunny terrace. No matter what time of year, Ruhpolding as well as the surrounding area offer you a variety of leisure activities and our house is the ideal starting point for your recreational or sports vacation. Our renovation is almost complete and we will open our newly renovated vacation home for you in July 2023! Soon we will be ready and look forward to welcoming you in our vacation home (for up to 12 people) with a great mountain view - quiet and close to the center. Perfect for families (also intergenerational) as well as large groups. You can look forward to a completely new, high-quality equipped kitchen with direct access to the beautiful sun terrace. A spacious as well as with great attention to detail furnished living and dining room in alpine/modern flair (also with direct access to the terrace) invites you to linger in your feel-good vacation with us. With a total area of about 200sqm, 6 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the vacation home is generously cut and our guests have plenty of space available - so YOU can be sociable or retreat as you wish. terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Arrival via freeway Salzburg, exit 112 Traunstein - Siegsdorf/Ruhpolding. At the traffic circle Siegsdorf first exit St 2098 to Ruhpolding. In Ruhpolding, pass the gas station straight ahead and through the tunnel. At the end of the tunnel you will come to the traffic circle, here take the first exit in the direction of Hauptstraße, then immediately turn left into Kurhausstraße, drive past the Kurhaus, after 300m you will reach our Ferienhaus Ostara, Kurhausstraße 10, on the right-hand side.
