A warm welcome! The well-kept house, managed with family hospitality, offers all the conditions for a successful vacation. On the large terrace for sociable summer evenings, on the quiet sunbathing lawn or in our own indoor swimming pool, you can quickly forget about everyday life. For golfers we offer 30% green fee reduction. The golf course is only 100 m away. In addition, for sports enthusiasts, free in-house tennis court, cross-country ski trails at the house. A special feature: for guests who want to cater for themselves in the house, large refrigerator and food compartments, glasses, plates, cutlery, coffee machine are available at any time.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years. 

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8, pass the entrance to Ruhpolding. Drive either through the town center or the tunnel to the traffic circle. At the traffic circle take the exit Reit im Winkl, at the traffic lights turn left into Zellerstraße, follow the main road until you reach Grashofstraße.

Sehr schönes, geräumigtes Zimmer. Zimmer war schon immer nach dem Frühstück gereinigt und die Betten gemacht. Sehr gutes Frühstück, extrem freundliches Personal, sowohl im Service, als auch bei den Reinigungskräften. Sehr gute Tipps für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen, super ist die Chiemgau-Karte, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Herr Huber hat uns gute Restaurants empfohlen und war sehr um uns besorgt. Insgesamt: Einfach Klasse!
