The comfortably furnished vacation apartments have a separate living area as well as 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, TV and DVD, stereo radio, dishwasher, oven as well as a hairdryer per bathroom. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Final cleaning is included in the price. All apartments exude classic comfort. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Unternberg, which invites you to ski tours in winter. Car parking is available along the road, directly in front of the house.

The family-run house is located in a quiet and central location with a large playground and sunbathing lawn and barbecue area. There are two vacation apartments available. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. We will be happy to send you the detailed contents and terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
