Welcome to family Heitzinger, in the beautiful Rottal, about 5 minutes by car from Bad Birnbach away. The apartment is divided into eat-in kitchen, living room, bedroom, adjoining room, sep. WC, bathroom with tub, shower, 2 washbasins and another WC as well as a large storage room. The parking lot is right next to the house entrance. Breakfast and sun terrace and the apartment are located in pure southern exposure. The rural environment with fields, meadows and forests guarantees peace and relaxation(no road noise).
