Description

The newly built ibis budget Münster City is located directly on Münster's city ring road, a 2-minute walk from Münster's main railway station and 5 minutes to the city centre. The 123-room hotel has 24 hour reception , free Wi-Fi, a spacious lobby with computer station, 24-hour snack offers and bicycle storage. Our breakfast buffet provides a good start to the morning every morning from 6:30 am. Cooperation with the Bahnhofstrasse car park for €14/night/vehicle - no motorbikes! There are 4 electric charging points (2 columns).
Bicycle parking, locked area and accessible with room key

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht alles was ihnen möglich war zu tun Die Zimmer im rückwertigen bereich sind sehr ruhig . Nasszelle ist gut ausgestattet. Bett hat eine gute Qualtät.

Es fehlt an ablagemöglichkeitn/ kein Schrank .Überhaupt keine Organisation beim Frühstück. Viel zuviele Gäste für den viel zu kleinen Frühstücksbereich. 1Morgen war grenzwärtig,2. Morgen keine Stühle , Keine Brötchen ,kein Käse , keine Wurst ,kein Besteck, der Obstsalat bestand aus einer Schüssel klein geschnittener Äpfel und 8 Weintrauben darüber gestreut, es gabe keine Butter,alles in allem sehr minimalistisch. Auf die Frage ob es denn evtl . noch etwas Cammenbert gebe, wurde geantwortet ,ich habe schon nachgeschaut ist alle . Unsere Frühstückszeit war auf anraten der Dame am Empfang 8 Uhr 30, aber ich vermute die info haben alle Gäste bekommen

Ich habe zwei Nächte in Ihrem Hotel verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Personal ist angefangen beim Empfang bis hinzu dem Gästeservice beim Frühstück überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung in dem Zimmer war ausreichend und zweckgemäß. Besonders lobenswert fand ich die Möglichkeit statt einem Housekeeping-Angebot auch eine Flasche Wasser zu bekommen. Super.

Im Frühstücksraum war es sehr warm, die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr begrenzt. Das Zimmer war sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Es gab pro Person nur ein Badetuch und nicht wie in anderen Hotels üblich zusätzlich noch für jeden ein kleineres Handtuch.
