Occupancy tax

The city of Münster collects an occupancy tax of 4,5% on all private overnight stays in hotels in Münster. The tax is not included and has to be paid in the hotel. 

Business travelers do not have to pay the tax. From 2024, this will also be levied on business-related accommodation.

Die separate und gut ausgestattete Wohnküche bietet ein Wäschepaket, Kühlschrank mit 4 Sterne Gefrierfach, Backofen, Herd, Dunstabzug, Gewürzschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und einen Toaster. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Walk-in-Dusche, Kosmetikspiegel, Fön, Duschhocker und Handtücher ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen Flur mit Garderobe. Im weitläufigen Garten ist eine separate, gemütliche Sitzecke für die Apartmentgäste vorhanden. Es gibt einen Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder.

  • Eine Belegung mit 4 Personen ist nur bei 2 Erwachsenen und maximal 2 Kindern bis 12 Jahren möglich.

Holiday apartment (non-smoking) 40 sqm, bathroom with walk-in shower, make-up mirror, hairdryer, shower stool, towels, 1 bed/living room with double bed (160cm wide, separate mattresses, adjustable headboards, bed linen), cosy sitting area with functional corner sofa (3rd place to sleep), cloakroom in hallway, kitchen well equipped incl. laundry package, refrigerator with 4-star freezer, oven, stove, cooker hood, extractor hood, spice cabinet, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster.
Radio alarm clock, satellite flat screen TV, telephone (landline free within Germany), WIFI.
The spacious garden has a separate, comfortable sitting area for the apartment guests.
Bicycle parking space.
Hiking trails, bicycle route starting directly from the house, canoe rental at the Pleistermühle in approx. 7km/bike or approx. 10km/car, footpath to Handorf approx. 3.5 km and to Gelmer approx. 2.5 km, to the Ringhotel/Restaurant Landhaus Eggert approx. 1.5 km footpath, Münster centre in approx. 8.5 km, nearest supermarket in Gelmer in 2.5km, petrol station with mini-market in 150m.

Kurtaxe Information

The accommodation tax of the city of Münster amounting to 4.5% of the accommodation price is not yet included and will be charged additionally on site.
