Guest house of the Catholic Academy Franz Hitze Haus am Aasee.
With our 60 guest rooms you have the choice between single and double rooms.
The rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hair dryer, telephone and free WLAN.

Our rooms offer you a beautiful view over the silhouette of the city of Münster or into our garden.

Kurtaxe Information

The accommodation tax of the city of Münster amounting to 4.5% of the accommodation price is not yet included and will be charged additionally on site.

Conditions/extras

The reception is open Monday to Saturday from 07.30 to 16.00, Sunday to 13.00.

Breakfast is available from 07.30 to 09.00. Check-in from 13:00.
Check-out must be done by 09:00. Late check-out possible for a fee of 20,- €.

Our 3 parking spaces on Sentruper Straße and Niels-Stensen-Straße are at your disposal free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.   

        Bus line 2 (direction Alte Sternwarte) to the bus stop "Franz-Hitze-Haus" (approx. 17 min)

Das Haus liegt zentral und ist über einen Fußweg am Aasee ca. 1,2 km von der Stadt aus zu erreichen. Frühstück war lecker und die Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen.

Es war wunderschön! Gerade, dass es immer Tee und Wasser und auch Kekse gab, war richtig toll! Es war sehr sauber (überall!) und auch die Bibliothek hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Einziges (WINZIGES!) Manko: ein kleiner Kühlschrank entweder auf dem Zimmer oder eben irgendwo für alle zugänglich, damit man abends noch einen Joghurt essen/eine Milch trinken kann oder ähnliches. Weil abends ist ja nichts mehr offen/zugänglich

Rundum waren die Erwartungen und die Leistung sehr gut. Diese wurden erfüllt. Ein großes Lob gilt den Mitarbeiter*innen an der Rezeption und in der Küche.

Das einzige, was ich bemängeln könnte, ist, dass während des Frühstücks meistens keine Fleischoptionen ohne Schweinefleisch gegeben wären (was für mich als jemanden, der kein Schweinefleisch ist, schwierig war.

Ich hatte vorher keine Bilder oder Beschreibungstexte. Die Akademie wurde mir vom Tourismus-Informationsbüro Münster empfohlen. Besonders gefallen haben mir die (Kunst-)Bilder auf den Fluren. Da ich mich für Kunst interessiere habe ich sie sehr gerne angeschaut. Interessant wären noch ein paar Erläuterungen zu den Künstler*innen, Ich hatte auch eine kleine Rückmeldung schriftlich gegeben.

Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiterinnen Das schöne und ruhige Zimmer in den Garten die moderne Ausstattung die verkehrsgünstige und schöne Lage in der Nähe des Sees und nicht weit zu Stadt Die Stadt und der Grüngürtel sind herrlich, wir wollen gerne nochmal kommen die Lage zum Friedhof war ideal, wir kamen zu einer Beisetzung und mit dem Zug, Zentralfriedhof ist fußläufig erreichbar ruhiges Haus

(Nacht-)Buszeiten haben nicht mit dem Plan übereingestimmt, es heißt dort, dass der letzte Bus um 21.11 Uhr fährt, dann erst wieder um 23. ...Uhr wir sind deshalb schon viel früher wieder ins Zimmer zurück gefahren, schade
