Die sehr gemütliche und helle Wohnung liegt im beliebten Stadtteil Roxel, westlich von Münster (5,9 km bis zur Innenstadt / 4,5 km bis zur Uniklinik, Zoo).

Die Ferienwohnung (40 qm) befindet sich in der ersten Etage und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit großer, moderner Küchenzeile, einem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und einem großen Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Die freundliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist eine separate abgeschlossene Wohnung und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Sie ist besonders geeignet für Paare, Senioren und Familien mit einem Kind.

Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber, hygienisch und rein.

Bis zum Ortskern von Roxel mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es ca. 850 m. Ca. 900 Meter von der Ferienwohnung befindet sich die Regionalbahn-Haltestelle Münster-Roxel. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in ca. 400 m erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof von Münster ist ca. 10 km entfernt.

In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich auch verschiedenste Restaurants und Lokale.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren nach Münster oder in die "grüne" Umgebung. Die sehenswerte Burg Hülshoff mit ihren schönen Parkanlagen ist nur ca. 4,5 km entfernt. Das malerische Haus Rüschhaus erreichen Sie mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 25 Minuten. In ca. 700 m Entfernung befindet sich der nächste Einstieg in das ausgeschilderte Radwegenetz Münsterland. An der Burg Hülshoff treffen Sie zudem auf die 100 Schlösser Route und den Euro-pa-Radweg R1.

In und um Roxel gibt es viele Möglichkeiten Ihre Freizeit abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Nutzen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt für einen Besuch des Zoos mit Pferdemuseum, des Planetariums oder lassen Sie sich vom Freiluftmuseum Mühlenhof mit historischen Gebäude

The apartment is a good starting point for cycling tours to Münster and surroundings. In direct approximity to the apartment are Burg Hülshoff (4,5 km), the "100-Schlösser-Route", the Europa-Radweg R1, the house Rüschhaus (25 minutes with bike) and the next access to the Münsterland cycle path network (700 meters).

There are many recreational opportunities in and around Roxel, for example the zoo with a horse museum, the planetarium and the open air museum Mühlenhof with historic buildings.
