Description

This chic holiday flat in Ahaus-Wessum is located in the middle of the Münsterland parkland, close to the Dutch border. The nearest supermarket is approx. 550 metres away. The city centre of Ahaus with its numerous shops is approx. 3 km away. The area surrounding the holiday flat is ideal for cycling and hiking. The countryside opens up just a few metres from the holiday flat and you are surrounded by fields and meadows.

The flat (approx. 80 square metres) is spread over two floors and has 1 living/dining room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, telephone and pellet stove on the ground floor. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, electric cooker with oven, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. There is also a guest WC here

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a TV, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC

You can enjoy relaxing hours on the large terrace with sun awning, seating and sun loungers.
