Occupancy tax
As of 1 of July 2016 the city of Münster collects an occupancy tax of 4,5% on all private overnight stays in hotels in Münster. The tax is not included and has to be paid in the hotel.
Business travelers do not have to pay the tax
The holiday flat is approx. 60 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor. It has a separate entrance, which can be reached via an external staircase.
The flat also has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed (1.40 m wide) for the 3rd person or 2 children, satellite TV, radio/cassette, a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, a storage room, a bathroom with shower/WC and a furnished balcony.
If required, an extra bed can be added for a fourth person. Please inform the Liesner family in good time. The provision of the extra bed is charged at € 10.00 once and is not included in the booking process.
1 ladies' and 1 men's Dutch bike can be hired on request.

Description
The accommodation is designed for holiday guests and is unfortunately not suitable for business stays.
The holiday flat is quietly located in the Hoxfeld district, approx. 7 km from Borken town centre. The leisure and recreation park PröbstingSee with swimming lake, climbing forest, boat hire and bistro is right on the doorstep.
The nearest shopping centre is approx. 4 km away. Or you can drive 1 km to the organic farm or the country butcher's shop.
The 60 square metre flat is accessible via an external staircase and is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a living room, an eat-in kitchen, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and a storeroom.
The flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, with the 3rd + 4th person sleeping in the living room.
If required, a cot and a high chair are available. In addition, 1 ladies' and 1 men's bicycle are available free of charge.
Ideal for cyclists. Storage facilities for bicycles are available.
