Vacation home Christoph Fritz - THE vacation home at Lake Chiemsee!The vacation home is a detached residential house with a total of 4 double rooms. The house is therefore suitable for 8 people. It is a modern contemporary architecture. The new building was completed in December 2015 and will be rented from March 2016. In addition to the 4 double bedrooms, there is a living room and dining area with kitchen. The total living area is 140 m2. The house is fully equipped with modern designer furniture.

Arrival Description

The detached house is located in a quiet residential area in the municipality of Rimsting am Chiemsee from the center of the village at the traffic circle in Rimsting it is about 1 km to the district Rimsting-Bahnhof where you turn left into Kalkgrubstraße and after 500 meters turn right into Buchenstraße and come to Eichenstraße. The distance to the beach is about 1.0 km on foot.
