A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior and light and water-saving features. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce, and its electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
