We offer a cozy, newly furnished holiday apartment (45 m²) with a spacious terrace overlooking the vineyard. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features a large living and sleeping area with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, a travel cot with bedding, TV, a kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower and hand towels, hairdryer, and a washing machine are also provided. The apartment is in a quiet location with no through traffic, surrounded by nature. The terrace is equipped with seating, loungers, sunshade, barbecue, swing seat, and a sandbox with toys for children. Parking is available directly at the apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The apartment is located on a peaceful wine and fruit farm, surrounded by vineyards in a beautiful setting. There are many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and cycling tours. In the area, you will find numerous attractions such as Europa-Park Rust, Strasbourg (20 km), various castle ruins, the Black Forest High Road, and Lake Mummelsee. For variety, there are many swimming options, including the heated outdoor pool in Oberkirch, several nearby lakes, and adventure pools in Karlsruhe and Freudenstadt.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
