Located in the beautiful neighbouring village of Groißenbach, the "Nefen" holiday flat is on the ground floor and, at around 74m², offers space for four people. The tastefully furnished living room has a dining area and a comfortable sofa. The classic Bavarian room radiates cosiness, especially thanks to the fireplace, and invites you to spend cosy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, leaves nothing to be desired and also offers a small breakfast place. The two separate bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and two single beds, respectively, and promise a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom of the flat has a bathtub, WC and shower. The sunny terrace invites you to linger, especially on sunny days, and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Furthermore, a parking space is available for guests and also the in-house W-LAN, as well as the ski room can be used free of charge. Situated in a very quiet location on the south-western outskirts of Reit im Winkl, the flat is the ideal starting point for all activities in the area. The cross-country skiing stadium with access to the cross-country skiing trails and the festival hall can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Enjoy nature and discover the countless hiking trails around the beautiful river area of the Lofer. The centre of Reit im Winkl, as well as several restaurants and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. In addition, the bus stop, where the ski bus also stops, is in the immediate vicinity, which allows you a car-free journey to the skiing area. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
