Located in the beautiful centre, the 2-room holiday flat "Brack" is situated, facing away from the street, on the first floor of a small residential complex and convinces with a dreamlike view of the village and the nearby Kaisergebirge. The lovingly furnished flat is about 65m2 and is perfect for two people. The bedroom is equipped with a cosy double bed and a spacious wardrobe and promises restful sleep. In the cosy living room, which is equipped with cable TV and stereo, you can make yourself comfortable on the comfortable bench and enjoy the view of the mountains through the large window. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the flat has a bathroom with shower and a large south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger in good weather and offers a wonderful view. In addition to a parking space, a ski room and a drying room are available for guests. The picturesque centre of Reit im Winkl can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers and cross-country skiers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails and cross-country ski runs start directly in the centre. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs).

Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
