A large parking space is available for our guests directly in front of the house. The ski room can be used free of charge. Enjoy the close-to-nature location and discover the countless hiking trails and cross-country ski runs and the beautiful Lofer river area directly behind the house. A large supermarket is located opposite the apartment complex. In addition, the bus stop, where the ski bus also stops, is in the immediate vicinity, which allows you a car-free journey to the ski area. As an insider tip, we recommend a delicious stop at the rustic Reit im Winkler Forellenstube during a leisurely walk in the Loferauen. The centre of Reit im Winkl, with a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities ("EINKAUFSDORF Reit im Winkl") can be easily reached on foot (approx. 15 minutes) or by taking the free local bus. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
