The holiday flat "Lea-Stübchen" is located in the beautiful centre on the first floor of Haus Sonnenschein and impresses with a fantastic view of the village and the nearby Kaisergebirge from the spacious south-west balcony. On this balcony you can make yourself comfortable on cosy garden furniture in the evening and watch the setting sun. Located at Primelweg 6, in a quiet cul-de-sac, the village centre is within easy walking distance. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops, invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre. The flat has a cosy living room with a fully equipped combined kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, which offers the same beautiful view as the balcony and access to it. The dining area and the comfortable sitting area in the living room invite you to spend relaxing evenings. Furthermore, the flat has a TV, radio, telephone and free W-LAN. In addition, many extras are available to you in Haus Sonnenschein, such as a sauna, solarium, sunbeds, table tennis table, children's playroom, washing machine, ski rack and electric boot dryer. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
