Located in the beautiful centre of Reit im Winkl, this 3-room flat "Glück im Winkl" lives up to its name in every respect. It is located on a sunny south-facing upper floor in a quiet, central residential area and offers space for a maximum of six people with an area of about 90m². The living room has a country-style dining area and a comfortable couch and promises cosy evenings. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The fully equipped, modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, a 4-plate cooker, an oven and a microwave. Furthermore, the flat has a modern bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a separate extra toilet. The sunny south-facing balcony invites you to linger at any time and offers a view to enjoy. Our guests also have access to free WiFi, cable TV, a stereo system, their own parking space, a heated ski room, a washing machine and a dryer. The flat is the ideal starting point for excursions into the mountains, as many of the trails start directly in the centre. The village centre is also within easy walking distance. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll. Leisure facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools or a mini golf course, as well as a ski bus stop are also in the immediate vicinity.

Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
