The holiday flat in Haus Lofer Park is located in the district of Groißenbach at Waldbahnhof 1. It is 75m² in size, is on the ground floor and extends over 2 floors. The flat has a terrace with garden furniture and a 150m² garden for your own use. A barbecue possibility is given. It offers space for up to 6 people. If it should rain, there is a small selection of current books available, from crime novels to romance novels. Some board games (game collection, Risk, Memory, Scrabble, Puzzle etc.) for young and old are also available. Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a bedroom (with LCD TV and DVD player) with double bed and separate WC. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave with convection and grill function, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The combined living/dining room with cosy dining area has a water-bearing tiled stove. Here is a pull-out couch as a sleeping possibility for another 2 persons. For your entertainment there is a 32" LCD flat screen TV with card reader for your holiday photos and a micro hi-fi system with USB port and CD player. Basement: In the basement is a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Here you will also find the spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a separate WC. A hairdryer is also provided for you. Both bedrooms have a radio alarm clock. The flat has its own parking space directly in front of the house. The house has a ski room in the cellar, as well as a coin-operated washing machine. A clothes horse is available in the flat for drying clothes. An iron is also available. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
