The holiday flat "Elisabeth" is located in the beautiful district of Entfelden on the 1st floor and attic and offers space for a maximum of 4 people with about 90m2. Both levels of the flat, which has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV and is located close to nature, have a spacious balcony and are connected by a spiral staircase. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed and offer direct access to the balcony. There are two luxurious bathrooms, the one upstairs has a large corner bath, its own whirlpool and bidet, while the top floor has a shower and urinal. The spacious living room is equipped with a dining area and a large, comfortable couch and provides access to the sunny south-facing balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a sliding door and has a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 4 zone ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine etc. and leaves nothing to be desired. The flat also has its own cellar room with washing machine, dryer and ski boot dryer. In addition, our guests have their own parking space in the underground garage, as well as a ski and bicycle room. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
