Located in the beautiful Reit im Winkel, this 73m2 holiday flat is in the immediate vicinity of the village centre in a quiet location and offers space for four people. Well equipped and kept in a rustic style, the flat creates a feeling of well-being. The spacious living room convinces with cosy furnishings and an open fireplace and promises cosy hours. The room also has a dining area and direct access to the south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger in fine weather and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The two separate bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, promise restful sleep and offer sufficient storage space. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, kettle, coffee maker and kettle and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower, WC and a bathtub. By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
