In general, the accommodation offers numerous amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Facilities include a utility room with dryer and washing machine & other accessories such as iron, ironing board and clothes horse. There is also an additional guest room (approx. 15m2) which can be used for storage and drying. This is located right next to the front door, so you don't have to walk far to hang up your equipment to dry after skiing or cross-country skiing, for example. Furthermore, a double garage provides the following features: E-charging station (chargeable use), suspension device for bicycles + ski equipment, storage and charging facilities for e-bike batteries. Accordingly, the following parking spaces are available: two cars in the garage, sufficient space on the property. Each bedroom has high-quality furnishings both in terms of sleep and functionality. To create a pleasant atmosphere, the beds are indirectly lit and have easily adjustable reading lamps as well as sockets with integrated USB and USB-C ports. Two of the bedrooms have a modern smart TV including a large streaming offer (Magenta TV). There are built-in wardrobes for clothes in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a bed size of 1.80m x 2.00m. The other two bedrooms are furnished with "French" beds, 1.40m x 2.00m. The view is particularly noteworthy. There is a separate bathroom for each sleeping unit to ensure a high level of comfort. Walk-in showers, washbasins, WCs, 3-step adjustable LED mirrors, cosmetic mirrors, hairdryers and other accessories ensure your well-being. For further relaxation, the wellness room with a traditional Finnish sauna, free-standing bathtub & pleasant lighting offers the perfect conditions for switching off. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining room with a high-quality & generously equipped kitchen. Manufacturers such as WMF, Bora, Bosch & Hansgrohe adorn the equipment list. The large, light-flooded room invites you to come together and have a good time with your friends and loved ones. A large dining table, built-in fireplace and the "TV corner" also provide the ideal setting for pleasant evenings. The spacious 20 square meter balcony is directly connected to the living room. About the host

The chalet was built by the 3rd generation of the Schlechter family. The two brothers Fabian and Markus Schlechter manage the rental of this property. Fabian is the contact person on site, who also looks after the well-being of the guests. Markus is primarily responsible for bookings, invoicing and organization. We both attach great importance to making our guests' stay as pleasant as possible and are always available for questions and suggestions.

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A8, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the B305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). An alternative is the Inntalautobahn. Turn off just before Rosenheim at the Inntal triangle and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian main road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the freeway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
