Meine Ferienwohnung im zweiten Stock ist 2024 komplett neu möbeliert worden. Der Dielenboden in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer riecht wunderbar nach Holz. Die Küche ist geräumig und hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Im Bad mit großer Regendusche und Badewanne kannst Du entspannen. Die Lesecouch kann als großes Bett umgebaut werden. somit haben bis zu 4 Gäste platz. Die Wohnzimmercouch ist groß genug um sich einen gemütlichen Abend zu machen. Der Esstisch meiner Kindheit aus meinem Elternhaus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Genauso die Stühle die aus einem Traditionscafe gerettet und neu bepolstert wurden. Auf dem Balkon mit Liege und Esstisch hörst Du leise unseren Dorfbach, die Lofer fließen. Im Kellerraum ist platz für Fahrräder und Deine Ski. Zudem steht ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Verfügung. Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Haltestelle für den Orts- und Skibus. Keine 200 Meter entfernt findest Du einen Supermarkt und gleich daneben den Loipeneinstieg. By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the B305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). An alternative is the Inntal motorway. Turn off just before Rosenheim at the Inntal triangle and continue to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian main road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
