The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus liegt direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße.( L305) ( Verkehrslärm und Abgase ohne Ende )Hier findet man den ganzen Tag keine Ruhe. Eine Unterhaltung auf der Terrasse unmöglich. Das Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse liegen zur Straßenseite wodurch auch schlafen unmöglich ist.Hinter dem Haus ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, nur Lärm und Autotüren geschlage. Einheimische drehen hier mit ihren Sprössling zig Runden auf dem schoß der Mutter.Wir würden dass Haus nicht wieder Buchen und weiterempfehlen. Hatten uns so auf den Urlaub gefreut und wurden aber sehr enttäuscht.

Schon beim reinkommen ins Appartement, hatte ich ein sehr angenehmes und vor allem ein sauberes Gefühl. Alles was man für ein Aufenthalt benötigt ist vor Ort. Und wenn nicht, gibt es vor Ort eine sehr höfliche, nicht aufdringliche und sehr hilfsbereite Hausdame, die versucht alles möglich zu machen, um ein angenehmen Urlaub zu haben. Wie würden wiederkommen, wenn es uns nochmal in dieser Region zieht.

Leider ist es auf dem Balkon zu bestimmten Zeiten sehr laut, da die Straße direkt vorbeiführt, dann mussten wir tatsächlich die Fenster schließen da es für uns zu laut war.

Die positiven Eindrücke der Bilder im Voraus entsprachen den Erwartungen, teilweise übertroffen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich klasse, alles was man braucht, sogar noch mehr. Selbst für den Hund wurde gesorgt 😉 Die Hausdame ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Es war rundum ein perfekter Urlaub :-)

Es fing gleich im Treppenhaus an, es roch so gut! Die Wohnung (und der Rest des Hauses auch) waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es hat uns an rein gar nix gefehlt.

Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut isoliert, man hört nix von den Nachbarn. Jeder Wunsch wurde nach Möglichkeit umgehend erfüllt. Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Auch die Vertretung der Hausdame war sehr nett.

Leider sind die Terrassen/kleinen Gärten nicht eingezäunt. Ein blickdichter Zaun/Hecke wäre für unseren Vierbeiner vorteilhaft gewesen. So konnte er nur an der Leine mit auf die Terrasse.
