Upstairs there are three bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed with bed drawer), a bathroom, a reading/TV room, a sauna with floor-to-ceiling shower and a laundry room. In the attic there is another bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a large open space with a cozy sofa corner and TV, open kitchen and a large dining table and a large panoramic front. In addition, there is also a guest toilet here. From the spacious loggia in the attic you have a magnificent view of the Zahmen and the Wilder Kaiser and can enjoy your time, protected from precipitation and cold. In addition, there are 5 other balconies, all of which allow a different view of the surroundings of Reit im Winkl. Next to the garage is a charger for charging their e-car.

Welcome to our beautiful Chalet Blümlein. Embedded in the picturesque scenery of Reit im Winkl, the chalet stands at the foot of the Hausbach, only a few minutes walk from the center, with a great great view of the surrounding mountains. Our lovingly furnished house offers 210 m2 of space for up to 8 persons (maximum 7 adults). Furnished in a cozy alpine style ensures the underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth even on cold days. Next to the garage there is a charger for charging your e-car. We look forward to welcoming you in our chalet.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly fulfilled the requirements for the certificate through efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The place is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgauer Alps and is to the large climate to the climatic district "Bavarian Alps". Arrival Description

To Reit im Winkl by car: from Munich on the freeway Munich /Salzburg A8 to Grabenstätt (exit no. 109) continue towards Marquartstein and on the B 305 to Reit im Winkl. Alternatively from Austria: on the freeway A93, exit Oberaudorf via Kössen to Reit im Winkl (no vignette required). to Reit im Winkl by train: the best connection by train: take the Deutsche Bahn to the station Prien am Chiemsee, there change to the ROV bus line 9505 to Reit im Winkl. Loading and unloading of the car via Ahornstraße, parking lot is approached Tiroler Str. (directly behind Ahornstraße/across from the festival hall).
