The cosy 2-room apartment (1st floor) with 40 m² is ideal for a holiday for two, but also for three you are very welcome - the comfortable sofa bed offers space for a child or teenager. From the surrounding balcony you can enjoy the view of our beautiful meadows and the Unterberg. In the fully equipped fitted kitchen with 4-plate stove, dishwasher and microwave you will find everything the chef needs - so cooking is fun even on holiday. Enjoy your meals either in the cosy dining area or on the comfortable couch in front of the TV. In the modern bathroom you will find a spacious shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and towel dryer. If you visit us with small guests, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair (both subject to availability).

Our spacious, bright 2-room holiday flat "Panorama" offers space for 1-4 people and has a balcony with a magnificent view of the Kaiser Mountains and the Chiemgau Alps. The flat is located on the top floor and was extended and converted with great attention to detail in 2019. Tradition and modernity were our guiding principles and, for example, all wooden beams were sanded by hand to preserve the natural structure. The cosy sitting area with its large corner couch offers enough space for relaxing TV evenings with a modern HD flat screen. In the fully equipped fitted kitchen with 4-plate cooker, dishwasher and microwave you will find everything the chef needs - so cooking is fun even on holiday. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the Kaiser Mountains from the large dining table. Or perhaps a glass of wine at sunset on your panoramic balcony? In the spacious bathroom you will find a cosy corner bathtub as well as a separate ground-level shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. The underfloor heating promises you warm feet even on cooler days. In the cosy separate bedroom you can look at the starry sky through the skylight or continue your TV evening in bed.

Your newly renovated holiday flats are located in the centre of the climatic health resort Reit im Winkl. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach restaurants and cafés as well as our local bakers and grocery shops. Nevertheless, you live in a quiet area and enjoy direct access to the well-prepared Reit im Winkl cross-country ski trails and hiking paths. The two 2-room holiday flats have been renovated from top to bottom in 2019 and have been fitted out and equipped to a high standard. They each have their own balcony with a wonderful view of our village or the Kaisergebirge. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free or reduced services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, you will receive a 50% discount on the 3-hour ticket at the Vita-Alpina in Ruhpolding. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our in-house services, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR 1.00 contribution towards costs). Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

At Drogerie Müller turn left into our driveway. ... with the bus connections to Reit im Winkl from the station Prien am Chiemsee (best bus connection!) with the RVO bus line 9505.
